Katy Cooney is a former Marketing Manager at Microsoft and has overseen global event marketing programs for some of the most recognised brands in the world including Microsoft, Gartner and Bank of America. From multi-million dollar event marketing budgets to exclusive CEO dinners and everything in-between, Katy's experience makes her unique.
Her background allows Katy to take a distinctive and disciplined approach to each event to ensure success by drawing on her past event marketing experience such as organising dinners with HRH Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace and managing event operations for a 5,000 person technology conference in Barcelona.
Katy holds a M.S in Entrepreneurship from the University of Surrey in the UK and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon. She has a keen interest in social enterprise and advises a number of social impact tech start ups on their event marketing strategies.
